On the placeholders
Some answers above say pending verification. That is deliberate. Minimums, fee schedules and regulatory particulars are precisely the facts a prospective client should be able to trust — so we publish them once they are confirmed, and show a placeholder until then rather than an approximation.
In the meantime, every one of them is answered directly in conversation, and confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
